Daily Living & Home Support

Helping participants manage everyday tasks with comfort, safety, and independence

Support that helps participants manage personal care, household responsibilities, routines, and community activities. This category focuses on maintaining a safe, healthy, and organised home environment while promoting independence.

  • Personal Care: Assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility to maintain dignity and independence.
  • Assistance With Daily Living: Help with everyday routines, meal prep, reminders, and household organisation.
  • Domestic Assistance: Support with cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a hygienic home.
  • Gardening & Home Maintenance: Light gardening, lawn mowing, and outdoor upkeep to keep surroundings safe and tidy.
  • Community Participation: Assistance to engage in social events, appointments, and community activities.
  • Shopping Support: Help with grocery shopping, budgeting, and navigating stores confidently.

Capacity-Building Supports

Building skills, confidence, and independence for everyday life

Skills-focused supports designed to build independence, confidence, emotional wellbeing, communication, social skills, and daily life abilities. These services help participants grow, learn, and develop long-term functional skills.

  • Life Skills Development: Support for cooking, cleaning, personal organisation, and self-management.
  • Emotional Regulation Support: Guidance to identify emotions, manage triggers, and practise calming strategies.
  • Social Skill Building: Coaching on conversation, turn-taking, friendships, boundaries, and group confidence.
  • Routine Building & Time Management: Assistance in creating structured daily schedules and habits.
  • Community Living Skills: Help with budgeting, meal planning, safety, and using public amenities.
  • Communication Support: Assistance with expressive/receptive communication and AAC tools.
  • Health & Wellness Coaching: Support for sleep, nutrition, hydration, gentle exercise, and lifestyle habits.

Transport Services

Safe and reliable transport to appointments, social activities, and community events

Safe, reliable transport and travel training to help participants access appointments, social activities, community events, school, work, and essential outings. This category promotes independence and community confidence.

  • Transport to Appointments: Safe transport to medical visits, therapy sessions, school, or work.
  • Escorting to Social & Leisure Activities: Companionship and support during social outings and events.
  • Travel Training: Training in using public transport independently, including timetables and navigation.

Nursing & High-Intensity Supports

Clinically informed supports for participants with complex health needs

RN-led supports for participants with complex health needs. This includes wound care, PEG feeding, diabetes management, medication administration, catheter care, continence support, and ongoing health monitoring.

  • Complex Bowel Care: Safe, hygienic, and clinically guided bowel care.
  • Wound Care & Dressing Management: Assessment, dressing changes, and infection monitoring.
  • PEG Feeding & Enteral Nutrition: Support with PEG feeding, tube care, and nutrition management.
  • Catheter Care: Hygienic catheter support including bag changes and maintenance.
  • Diabetes Support: Blood glucose monitoring, medication assistance, and dietary guidance.
  • Medication Administration & Management: Safe and accurate oral, topical, or injectable medications.
  • Clinical Observations & Health Monitoring: Monitoring vital signs, pain, and general wellbeing.
  • Continence Support: Respectful continence care, pad changes, and planning with allied health.
